The Role...
As a Waiter at Soho House, you will be pivotal in providing exceptional, attentive, and personalized service to our esteemed members and guests. Collaborating closely with both front-of-house and kitchen teams, your primary responsibility will be to create a seamless and enjoyable dining experience that embodies the Club's commitment to professionalism, discretion, and excellence.
Your core duty is to ensure that every member enjoys their time with us, from the moment they are greeted, to taking their orders, offering insightful recommendations, and processing their payments.

Key Duties...
- Warmly welcome members, introduce them to our menus, and ensure immediate engagement upon seating.
- Take precise food and drink orders, accommodating any allergies or dietary preferences.
- Facilitate seamless service by coordinating with kitchen and bar staff for timely and accurate order delivery.
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations on menu selections, including ideal food and drink pairings.
- Maintain exceptional table service—proactively refill water, wine, and other beverages throughout the member’s visit.
- Ensure a pristine dining environment by keeping tables organized and clean.
