The Volunteer Administrative Assistant II plays a crucial role in supporting the leadership team of the Aparecio Foundation by providing essential administrative assistance. This position involves executing various administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, following up on ongoing projects, managing accounts, and ensuring seamless communication among the Executive team and the Foundation staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize software applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access to assist the executive team with administrative tasks.

  • Manage and coordinate calendar activities for the Foundation’s Executive team.

  • Complete administrative tasks or projects as assigned by the Executive team.

  • Facilitate communication with external parties when necessary.

  • Organize and maintain information files and email accounts for Executive team members.

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments between Executives and Clients.

  • Maintain regular communication regarding the progress of assigned tasks to the Executive team.
