Role Summary
We are in search of a talented Voice AI Solutions/Pre-Sales Engineer to collaborate closely with our enterprise sales team, driving intricate customer engagements. This position serves as the technical liaison for account executives, enhancing customer interactions through customized demonstrations and addressing complex technical inquiries.
The ideal candidate will seamlessly connect technical and business discussions, translating enterprise requirements into actionable Voice AI use cases, demonstration flows, and solution architectures.
Key Responsibilities
● Partner with enterprise sales teams during customer meetings, discovery sessions, and technical discussions.
● Engage in L2/L3 technical dialogues with business and engineering stakeholders from the customer side.
● Provide tailored demonstrations that align with customer workflows and industry-specific use cases.
● Design demo scenarios utilizing prompting and conversation configuration techniques.
● Transform business requirements into practical Voice AI solutions and architectural designs.
● Articulate system architecture, integrations, data flows, and deployment models effectively.
● Assist with POCs and technical evaluations throughout the enterprise sales cycle.
● Empower sales teams with enhanced technical positioning and product comprehension.
Desired Qualifications
● 3 to 7 years of experience in client-facing roles, including consulting, customer success, product management, implementation, account management, or pre-sales.
● Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present concepts clearly and convincingly to clients.
● Proficiency in understanding and conveying technical concepts such as workflows, integrations, APIs, system behavior, and solution architecture.
● Hands-on experience with AI tools, agents, prompting, bot development, or workflow platforms.
● Ability to correlate business needs with feasible solution strategies.
● A collaborative approach with a willingness to engage across teams to facilitate deal progression.
● Eagerness to work with large enterprises and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
Additional Qualifications That Would Be Beneficial
● Experience working with enterprise clients in traditional or regulated sectors such as BFSI.
