About the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients via the virtual reception console, website, or email.
- Provide courteous and professional responses to incoming calls, take messages, and identify client needs to take appropriate actions.
- Act as a technical support resource for clients and colleagues by addressing their inquiries and informing them about the company’s services.
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and Project Managers.
- Plan and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Assist in day-to-day operations for the efficiency of the business.
- Manage and update documents as necessary.
- Perform any other tasks deemed relevant by the Director of Operations or the Human Resources Coordinator in alignment with the skills of the position holder.
