This individual will possess extensive experience in strategic delivery management, a proven ability to nurture strong relationships across multiple levels of client leadership, and a history of achieving measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement Management and Growth
- Serve as the primary delivery leader for a portfolio of client engagements.
- Establish robust client relationships across various leadership levels, acting as a trusted advisor who aligns with business objectives, anticipates challenges, and proactively provides solutions.
- Collaborate with client executives to comprehend long-term business goals and align consulting services with strategic priorities.
- Guide clients on roadmaps, governance models, and operational frameworks that support their long-term business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for additional value creation beyond current project scopes.
- Deliver thought leadership on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to client challenges.
- Translate delivery outcomes into quantifiable business impact, reinforcing the value of our partnership.
- Conduct regular reviews of client satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns and identifying growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, Recruiting, and Engineering leadership to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
Organizational Delivery Oversight
- Oversee client delivery engagements across various accounts and sectors, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery processes and operational efficiency.
