Role Overview
As the VP of Security, you will spearhead all security initiatives across ClearBank, ensuring the integrity, resilience, and regulatory compliance of our cutting-edge cloud-native banking platform. This pivotal role will report directly to the CTO.
You will oversee Security Engineering, Security Operations, and Identity & Access Management, maintaining a robust security posture in various areas, including cloud, on-premises, SaaS, and AI-related risks.

Teams Under Your Leadership
Security Engineering (approximately 6 members): Tasked with ensuring a secure SDLC, implementing secure-by-default tools, safeguarding infrastructure and application layers, and driving continuous security enhancements.
Security Operations (approximately 7 members): Responsible for monitoring all environments, responding to threats and incidents, managing external threat intelligence, identifying emerging risks, and ensuring that malicious activities are detected and mitigated.
Identity & Access Management (approximately 2 members): Overseeing access governance, enforcing the principle of least privilege, and managing identity lifecycles.
