About the Role

As the Vice President of Payments and Marketplace Ecosystem Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a comprehensive multi-year partnership strategy across the financial services sector. You will oversee the entire partnership lifecycle—from strategic identification to commercial negotiations and ensuring successful delivery and growth post-launch. Leading a dedicated team, you will collaborate with global leaders in payments, e-commerce, and financial services to develop innovative products that redefine consumer payments and commerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Ecosystem Development: Lead the formulation and ownership of the ecosystem and product partnership strategy in partnership with the Executive Team and Chief Product Officer. Seek new strategic initiatives to enhance DailyPay’s product offerings by identifying innovation opportunities within the Fintech landscape and collaborating with product teams to introduce new capabilities tailored to consumer demands.

  • Partnership Management: Spearhead the sourcing, negotiation, and structuring of complex, high-value agreements with financial institutions, fintechs, payment processors, and other strategic partners. Drive commercial success through effective Go-To-Market strategies, establishing distribution and referral frameworks that enhance revenue growth. Cultivate and manage relationships with partner executives to ensure accountability for measurable outcomes including adoption and revenue expansion.

  • Product Leadership: Collaborate with partners to shape joint product strategies that unlock new capabilities and address industry challenges. Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of innovative solutions.
