Key Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess and enhance operational performance. Provide strategic growth insights to the CEO, ensuring the organization stays proactive against potential risks. Exercise direct management oversight and drive annual objectives for the Project Management, HR, Legal, and Finance teams. Ensure the consistent presentation of clear and comprehensive financial information to the CEO and Board. Oversee the annual budgeting process and establish robust financial controls to maintain organizational health.

Role Overview

The Vice President of Operations acts as the organizational backbone for Arkadium. This senior leader develops and manages the frameworks, governance, and processes that allow the company to perform at its best. The position focuses on continuous improvement and operational optimization, supporting Arkadium’s growth while protecting its culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the CEO and serve as a core member of the executive team
  • Oversee Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and Program Management functions
  • Develop and refine internal systems, governance, and processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Translate strategic goals into structured, accountable execution plans
  • Ensure planning, hiring, spending, and delivery processes align with company values and growth objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and support a talented team of functional leads
