The Vice President of Operations for The Americas at Soho House & Co. holds a senior leadership role based in the New York Support Office. This position oversees Food & Beverage and Accommodations Operations across all Soho House properties in the Americas, with a focus on delivering high service standards, maintaining brand consistency, and driving profitability through efficient operations.

Role overview

This executive reports to the Managing Director of The Americas and works closely with cross-functional leaders. The aim: to ensure every member and guest receives a consistent, high-quality experience while supporting the company’s growth and performance goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide both strategic direction and hands-on leadership for Food & Beverage and Accommodations Operations throughout the region.
  • Maintain and elevate service standards and product quality in line with Soho House brand values and member expectations.
  • Ensure operating standards, policies, and procedures are implemented consistently across all properties.
  • Lead, mentor, and partner with General Managers and site leaders to strengthen product, team performance, culture, and accountability.
  • Drive profitability by managing food, beverage, and labor costs while upholding quality and service.
  • Analyze financial results, identify trends and risks, and take corrective actions to meet budget and margin goals.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning in partnership with Finance and regional leadership.
  • Collaborate with Culinary leadership to align menu development and sourcing with operational and financial targets.
  • Work with Fire Life Safety leadership to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Engage with People & Development, Finance, Design, and Development teams to support openings, renovations, talent development, and operational projects.
  • Directly oversee and develop the regional operations team, including the Director of Service – Food & Beverage.
