Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Marketing to spearhead and expand a performance-driven marketing strategy that will significantly influence Videa’s growth, enterprise pipeline, and market leadership.

This pivotal role is not a conventional marketing leadership position; you will architect a scalable, high-impact go-to-market framework that enhances pipeline generation, expedites enterprise sales, and positions Videa as the premier provider of AI-enhanced dental solutions.

You will report directly to the CEO and be an integral part of the leadership team, collaborating closely with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success to drive our growth initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation & Pipeline Management

  • Lead the development and achievement of marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline goals, ensuring accountability for revenue results.

  • Create and scale a reliable demand generation engine across digital, field, partner, and account-based marketing channels.

  • Collaborate with Sales to enhance conversion rates, accelerate deal velocity, and improve win rates.

Enterprise Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Support complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes with a strong definition of ideal customer profiles (ICPs), segmentation, and account-based marketing strategies.

  • Provide Sales with compelling messaging, content, and case studies necessary to secure high-value contracts.

  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to synchronize on pipeline strategy, coverage, and execution plans.

Category Development & Positioning

  • Define and establish the category of AI-enhanced dental care, influencing how clinicians, dental service organizations (DSOs), and insurers perceive and integrate AI.

  • Craft distinct positioning that simplifies complex AI functionalities into clear business and clinical advantages.

  • Foster thought leadership, manage public relations, and spearhead marketing initiatives that elevate Videa's presence in the industry.
