The Opportunity
As the Vice President of Marketing, you will be at the forefront of shaping Dealpath’s growth narrative, strategy, and execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with our leadership team to enhance our market presence, drive demand generation, and position Dealpath as the go-to data and workflow solution for institutional real estate investing.
This role demands a hands-on leader with high visibility across the organization, engaging directly with C-suite executives from the world’s leading investment management firms, including Blackstone, Brookfield, Nuveen, JLL, and CBRE.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement Dealpath’s marketing strategy to drive tangible growth in pipeline, revenue, and brand recognition.
- Build, lead, and motivate a top-tier marketing team emphasizing creativity, accountability, and teamwork.
- Oversee integrated marketing initiatives across demand generation, product marketing, field and customer marketing, brand development, content creation, public relations, and communications.
