Lincoln International seeks a Vice President to join its European Healthcare M&A team in London. This position centers on expanding and leading healthcare-focused mergers and acquisitions across Europe, with a particular emphasis on healthcare services, pharmaceutical services, and related sectors.

Role overview

The Vice President will guide M&A transactions from start to finish, working closely with clients and internal teams. Building new client relationships and strengthening existing ones in a cross-border environment forms a key part of this role. The position also involves supporting business development and helping grow the healthcare M&A practice throughout Europe.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead M&A transactions within healthcare services and pharmaceutical services
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships across different countries
  • Support origination efforts and contribute to the growth of the healthcare M&A practice in Europe
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure quality execution
