About the Role: Vice President, Global System Integrators

The Vice President of Global System Integrators will spearhead the development and implementation of our strategy to cultivate a robust ecosystem of Global System Integrators.

This leader will be responsible for crafting the Okta strategy and overseeing the go-to-market execution of partnerships, including strategic alignment, business cadence, and performance management. The role encompasses a global perspective while focusing on local execution, identifying strategic opportunities and measuring outcomes. A key measure of success will be the ability to collaborate with both Direct and Indirect theater leadership, cross-functional teams, and align with our Partners' executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of GSI professionals, fostering their growth and helping them achieve their career aspirations.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners and customers.
  • Drive GSI growth initiatives by:
    • Establishing key partnerships that generate substantial revenue and influence within enterprise clients.
    • Creating a global strategic framework and developing strong commitments to enhance Okta practices.
