ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Vice President of Finance at VEG, you will play a pivotal role in tackling complex financial challenges that drive our growth. You will spearhead financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring that our financial strategies align with our ambitious goals. Your insights will directly influence key decisions as we continue to scale our operations.

Reporting to the CFO, you will collaborate with executive leadership, gaining valuable exposure to our overarching financial strategy and performance metrics. This role is integral in maintaining our financial discipline, clarity, and accountability as we navigate our growth trajectory.

With a solid foundation in financial practices and a culture that values transparency, you will have a significant impact on capital allocation, performance evaluation, and success measurement as VEG scales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the annual, quarterly, and long-term financial planning processes, ensuring that forecasts and assumptions reflect operational realities.
  • Enhance our financial planning and analysis functions, setting new benchmarks for quality insights and executive support.
  • Oversee internal and external performance reporting, ensuring consistency and accuracy in our financial communications.
