Qualifications
What You'll Do: Act as a champion for the Insights product among corporate healthcare clients, cultivating multifaceted relationships with key stakeholders. Craft personalized engagement strategies tailored to each client's therapeutic focus, ongoing clinical trials, and competitive landscape to effectively promote Insights content. Proactively manage client engagement through targeted outreach: direct emails, product demonstrations, and both virtual and in-person meetings. Lead discussions regarding contract renewals, pricing, and commercial partnerships in collaboration with internal teams. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by expanding client utilization of the Insights platform. Gather insightful feedback from clients to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives. What You Have: A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution; coursework related to healthcare is advantageous. A minimum of 6 years of experience in account management, relationship management, or consultative sales. A proven history of managing contract renewals and negotiating agreements. Demonstrated success in driving upsell and cross-sell revenue. Experience managing mid-sized to large B2B client portfolios. Strong executive presence and the ability to foster C-level relationships. Confidence in conducting in-person client meetings. A commercially driven, proactive, and highly accountable mindset.
