About the job

As the Vice President of Broadcast Production & Operations, you will spearhead the strategic planning, production, and operational management of all NWSL match broadcasts and league productions across both domestic and international platforms.


This pivotal role is committed to providing a consistent, high-quality broadcast experience that amplifies the NWSL brand, enriches narratives surrounding the league’s players and competitions, and fortifies partnerships with broadcast allies. You will oversee all facets of league broadcast production, including editorial direction, production operations, programming coordination, and innovative practices, while managing the league's broadcast ecosystem of partners, vendors, and production teams.


In your leadership role, you will directly oversee the Director of Broadcast Operations and the Manager of Broadcast, who are responsible for the league's broadcast technical infrastructure and game-day technical operations.
