Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of client accounts with a history of 2+ years, ensuring their long-term retention and growth.
Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, renewals, and commercial discussions.
Drive upselling, cross-selling, and package expansions among existing accounts.
Engage with clients both in-person and virtually to foster strong executive relationships.
Discover and activate new users within current client organizations.
Collaborate with service leadership to develop account growth strategies and revenue plans.
Monitor usage trends and implement strategic actions to mitigate churn.
Act as the senior point of contact for escalations and high-level client discussions.
Work closely with client service teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in account management, relationship management, or consultative sales.
Proven history of managing renewals and negotiating contracts effectively.
Documented success in driving upsell and cross-sell revenue.
Experience managing mid-sized to large B2B client portfolios.
Strong executive presence with the ability to build relationships at the C-level.
Comfortable conducting in-person meetings with clients.
Commercially minded, proactive, and highly accountable.

This individual will spearhead the promotion of our subscription-based research services across various business units within established clients, including hedge funds, mutual funds, and private equity firms, to drive usage and engagement.
This is a hybrid role based in our New York City office.
