About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Vice President – Digital Product Owner (CASA) to spearhead the digital transformation of our Current Account, Savings Account, and Deposit offerings. In this strategic role, you will report to the Personal Banking Group and take ownership of the CASA product vision and roadmap, focusing on enhancing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through both digital and assisted channels.
Your leadership will be critical in designing seamless, impactful customer journeys, ensuring delivery of scalable solutions that align with RAKBANK’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy Implementation
- Develop and implement the CASA Transformation roadmap.
- Manage product backlog priorities and convert vision into actionable user stories.
- Work closely with UX/UI and architecture teams to create top-tier digital experiences.
- Enhance product features and optimize acquisition channels to expand the CASA business.
Agile Leadership
- Lead a cross-functional agile squad comprising developers, designers, analysts, and testers.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for product decisions and sprint planning.
- Guarantee timely delivery of product increments while maintaining quality and compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Effectively communicate progress, risks, and results to senior stakeholders.
- Advocate for the customer’s voice using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to ensure adherence to regulations.
Innovation & Market Awareness
- Stay informed about digital trends and competitor offerings.
- Spot opportunities for personalization and advisory capabilities.
- Foster scalable solutions that align with long-term business objectives.
Financial Performance
- Enhance origination volumes and decrease cost-to-acquire through automation.
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, drop-off points, and portfolio growth.
- Facilitate upsell and cross-sell opportunities within digital journeys.
