Your Role
We invite applications for a dedicated Veterinary Technician within our Radiation Oncology Department. As part of a talented team led by board-certified Radiation Oncologists, you will be instrumental in caring for patients with various oncological conditions, utilizing advanced imaging and radiation treatment techniques. Your role will involve collaboration with specialists across multiple disciplines, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of nursing care. We seek individuals with experience in specialty veterinary medicine, a meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional multitasking abilities.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Board-Certified Radiation Oncologist: Utilize your expertise to support our specialists during examinations, diagnostic procedures, and radiation treatments.
  • Patient Interventions & CPR: Monitor patients at risk for cardiac and respiratory events and initiate CPR when necessary.
  • Patient Monitoring/Record Keeping: Conduct thorough patient assessments using various monitoring techniques and effectively communicate with pet owners regarding their pet's health and at-home care requirements.
