Position Overview:

The Vehicle Reconditioning Manager will spearhead daily operations at our Inspection Center, overseeing a dedicated team of leads and associates. This leadership role encompasses all facets of the vehicle reconditioning process, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and high employee engagement while achieving quality, production, and cost targets.

This position does not qualify for visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations within the Inspection Center.
  • Mentor and develop direct reports through effective coaching and performance management.
  • Collaborate in formulating and executing strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and performance metrics.
  • Foster a work environment that promotes positive communication and team collaboration.
  • Oversee staffing by recruiting, orienting, and training new employees.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and certification for team members.
  • Assist in production planning to meet capacity requirements.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and loss prevention protocols.
