The Systems Engineering team plays a crucial role in ensuring that Terran R operates as a cohesive, high-performing, and scalable system. One segment of this team focuses on creating tools and processes to manage requirements, monitor decisions, and identify and mitigate risks, promoting faster and more informed development throughout the program. Engineers work across various domains to comprehend complex challenges, devise solutions, and implement them with profound technical expertise, beyond mere documentation. Another segment centers on the vehicle itself, collaborating across teams to guarantee that all subsystems of Terran R work harmoniously, reducing technical risk, and guiding informed choices at every stage of the vehicle's lifecycle. Engineers are empowered to lead significant initiatives, from major test campaigns to console operations during launches, and are entrusted to enhance systems across fluids, structures, avionics, and more.
