• We offer comprehensive physician-level wound management training and a dedicated wound fellowship, equipping you with the expertise necessary for clinical excellence.
• W2 physicians can expect an impressive average annual compensation of $300,000 for a 30-hour work week, with part-time opportunities available.
• Paid training is included to support your onboarding process.
 
Practice Overview:
 
• Enjoy a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday (7 am - 4 pm), or opt for part-time availability.
• Our physicians deliver advanced wound management at the bedside in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility visited.
• Part-time roles require a minimum of 3 days per week, while full-time roles involve 4-5 days per week.
• This position requires mobility, as physicians visit facilities within a 40-60 mile radius of their base location.
• On average, each physician treats 20-30 patients daily across 2-3 facilities.
• Clinical documentation is performed in real-time at the point of care using our proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Receive paid training during the onboarding process along with a 6-month wound care fellowship.
