• W2 physicians enjoy an average earning potential of $300,000 annually, with benefits for a 30-hour work week (part-time roles available).

Practice Overview:
 
• Full-time hours: Monday to Friday (7 am - 4 pm) or flexible part-time options.
• Enjoy a work environment free from on-call and weekend responsibilities.
• Our physicians deliver modern wound management within post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Weekly wound rounds are conducted at each facility by our dedicated physicians.
• Part-time roles require a minimum of 3 days per week, while full-time roles require 4-5 days per week.
• This is a mobile practice with physicians visiting facilities within a 40 to 60-mile radius of the main location.
• Physicians typically visit 2-3 facilities daily, treating approximately 20-30 patients.
• Real-time clinical documentation is performed at the point of care using our proprietary, wound-specific EMR system.
• Paid training is provided during onboarding, along with a 6-month wound care fellowship.
