UX Designer (Fixed Term Contract till 31st December 2026)
Role Summary:
As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with various departments alongside a creative team to enhance the user experience of mobile apps based on a profound understanding of user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement intuitive interaction models for complex digital products.
- Create and present high-fidelity, interactive prototypes that communicate design concepts and user flows to stakeholders and development teams.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, meticulously refining design elements from concept to execution.
- Work closely with engineers and product managers to translate design visions into functional user experiences.
- Promote user-centered design principles and advocate for design excellence within the organization.
- Emphasize the craft of design, bringing concepts to life with precision and creativity.
- Transform intricate product requirements and user needs into effective design solutions, leading the process from initial sketches to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Guide the design of new features in a fast-paced, agile environment, using collaborative team feedback and data-driven insights for refinement.
- Empower engineering teams by providing clear, detailed design specifications and assets to ensure high-quality, pixel-perfect final products.
- Collaborate with the broader UX team to ensure all designs align seamlessly with our global design system and established patterns, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all platforms.
- Partner with UX Researchers to prepare and optimize design artifacts for usability studies, ensuring effective structuring for valuable user feedback.
Your Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in the industry.
- 5+ years of experience in product design or UX.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and an understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
