Currently, we are searching for a User Acquisition Manager to join our Social Discovery team, which is dedicated to developing and enhancing products for discovering new connections.

Your Area of Influence: You will directly impact growth targets, user acquisition volumes, and the effectiveness of marketing investments, particularly in Google Ads. You will influence traffic quality and cost, ensuring a steady influx of quality users at optimal prices and forecasting this channel's contribution to growth goals.
Results We Expect Within 6-12 Months:
Confident mastery of the Google Ads account structure, internal automation, and analytics tools;
Autonomous management of Google Ads campaigns (Demand Gen, Performance Max, Search);
Dynamic growth of marketing investments with targeted ROI in Google Ads;
Implementation of marketing hypotheses that measurably improve ROAS;
Mastery of the business context of the product and the specifics of the target audience.
Your Future Responsibilities:
Planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns with a focus on achieving profitability targets;
Generation, launch, and analysis of tests for new hypotheses (audiences, formats, bidding strategies, creatives) to enhance ROI;
Regular monitoring of performance, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
