We are currently seeking a User Acquisition Manager to elevate our results together.
Key challenges in this role include:
— Launching, scaling, and optimizing advertising campaigns (Google/Social/Native/R&D);
— Diving into numbers and metrics (CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and transforming data into actionable insights;
— Continuously experimenting with new approaches, channels, and formats;
— Collaborating in creative brainstorming sessions with designers, marketing leaders, and product teams — your ideas will be valued and implemented;
— Analyzing competitors: their campaigns, messaging, creatives, and funnel structures — using these insights to stay ahead.
What matters to us:
— You have 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, analytics, or related fields;
— You are proficient with numbers, analytics, and dashboards;
— You quickly grasp new information, adapt to changes, and are not afraid to think outside the box;
— You are detail-oriented, reliable, and always double-check your work;
— You have an intrinsic drive for initiative: you propose, test, analyze, and push processes forward;
— You possess English proficiency at a B2+ level — allowing you to work comfortably with foreign markets and materials.
Preferred qualifications:
— Familiarity with key marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and understanding their impact on the company’s P&L;
— Practical experience in launching campaigns on Google/Meta or other performance channels;
— Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets — for swift analysis, A/B testing, and budget planning.
— Experience in Big 4 / Big 3 is a plus.
