We are currently seeking a User Acquisition Manager.
Challenges Awaiting You:
- Creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta Ads;
- Testing new channels and technologies;
- Analyzing key metrics across all channels: LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS, ROI/ROR, etc.;
- Conducting A/B testing of various funnels and strategies;
- Collaborating with the team to build marketing strategies.
What Matters to Us:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, marketing, auditing, or analytics (experience with Big 4 or Big 3 firms is a plus);
- You possess an entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable scaling and developing where there was previously nothing;
- Experience with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.;
- Strong analytical skills: experience working with data, numbers, and metrics;
- Intermediate+ English proficiency.
