The Role

As the Underwriting Manager, you will lead our Underwriting team, overseeing all underwriting procedures and continuously refining them to enhance decision-making speed and business outcomes. You will also manage fraud detection, addressing potential fraud at both the application stage and post-application where necessary.

We are looking for a proactive leader who can take ownership of these critical areas and drive substantial process enhancements through automation and AI initiatives, all while elevating overall business performance. The ideal candidate will define the overarching strategy, identify relevant automation use cases, collaborate effectively, and possess sufficient technical acumen to work closely with our Engineering team in implementing these changes.
