Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Previous experience as a security guard or in a similar role is preferred. Ability to remain standing for extended periods and walk long distances. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to perform well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Basic computer skills and familiarity with security systems and equipment are advantageous. As an Unarmed Retail Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to safeguard the well-being of customers, employees, and property. Additionally, you will uphold store policies and procedures while actively participating in theft prevention and addressing any criminal activities.
