About the Role:

As the UM Program Operations Manager, you will serve as the "Execution Engine" for the UM Strategy team. While our strategists define the what, you will be responsible for the how. Your role involves the flawless implementation of high-impact initiatives such as Gold Carding and Provider Incentive Programs, as well as maintaining the accuracy of our Prior Authorization (PA) List. You will ensure that all programs are operationally robust, adhere to regulatory standards, and can scale efficiently as we grow.

Reporting to the Director of UM Authorization Strategy, you will play a key role in our dynamic team.

Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule consisting of three in-office days per week. Thursdays are mandatory for team meetings and events, while the other two office days can be adjusted to fit your personal schedule. #LI-Hybrid

Pay Transparency: The base salary for this role ranges from $117,576 to $154,318 annually. Additionally, you will have access to employee benefits, partake in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and qualify for annual performance bonuses.
