UI Developer with Java Expertise
As a UI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing visually stunning web pages. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating responsive web pages with a strong focus on user experience.
- Leveraging frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap, Angular JS, and Phone Gap.
- Utilizing jQuery and AJAX for dynamic content and UI enhancements.
- Building reusable code and libraries to streamline future development.
- Ensuring UI/UX designs are technically feasible and implemented effectively.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and envision features.
- Developing user interfaces for internet/intranet applications throughout the development lifecycle, including design methodologies, programming, and testing.
- Integrating applications with service layers for enhanced functionality.

- A solid foundation in Java application and web development.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to listen and engage effectively.
- A track record of managing multiple tasks and solving complex technical issues independently.
- Robust technical skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Outstanding problem-solving, debugging, and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with agile practices and methodologies.
- Proficient understanding of Java/J2EE, Servlets, and session management.
- Experience with open-source frameworks like Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Richfaces, Tapestry, and Struts is advantageous.
- A good grasp of SOA and web services (REST, SOA).
- Hands-on experience with JBOSS Application Server, TomCat, Websphere, or WebLogic.
- Experience using development tools like Eclipse, TextPad, or EditPlus.
- Knowledge of Unix Shell scripting is beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to the Apache Camel framework.
