Managing internal and external escalations efficiently.
Maintaining continuous communication with customers regarding tickets, projects, and updates.
Providing on-site support as a resident engineer when necessary.
Utilizing tools for ticket management and time tracking accurately, ensuring thorough documentation of all interactions.
Timely follow-up on escalations and issues.
Contributing to projects, proof of concepts, and maintaining meticulous documentation.
Striving for customer satisfaction, professionalism, and delivering high-quality service in all duties.
