About the Team:
The Stage Manufacturing team is dedicated to transforming design concepts into real-world applications, overseeing the construction of the primary structures for the Terran R. This role is not about repetitive tasks; it's about innovating the systems that enable rocket construction. Our engineers and technicians work closely together, providing real-time feedback and fostering deep collaboration to enhance our building processes. With a defined manifest and launch timelines, the team is responsible for delivering on the Terran R mission: addressing challenges in real-time, optimizing operations for scalability, and continuously refining our methodologies. As the vehicle evolves, so too will our manufacturing processes, with opportunities to leverage automation, machine learning, and cutting-edge technologies. What we create here lays the groundwork for the future of large-scale launches.
This is a second shift role with a standard schedule from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM PT, Monday through Thursday.
