About the Team:
The Stage Manufacturing team is responsible for transforming design concepts into reality, overseeing the construction of Terran R’s primary structures. This role involves more than performing repetitive tasks; it’s about developing the systems necessary to build the rocket. Engineers and technicians collaborate closely, providing real-time feedback to enhance our building processes. With an established manifest and launch date, the team is tasked with delivering on the Terran R: overcoming real-time challenges, optimizing for scalability, and continuously refining our methods. As the vehicle evolves, so will the factory, presenting opportunities to integrate automation, machine learning, and advanced technologies. What we create here will serve as the foundation for the future of large-scale launches.
This position operates on the first shift, with a standard schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM PT, Monday through Friday.
