Key Responsibilities:Provide a complete range of top-tier clinical services, including restorative treatments such as inlays/onlays, crowns, veneers, endodontics, extractions, implants, and cosmetic dentistry, within Tend’s modern, digitally-equipped studio. Handle a diverse array of cases that extend beyond basic dentistry, with opportunities to deliver comprehensive, aesthetic, and function-oriented care. Conduct thorough exams and formulate thoughtful, patient-centered treatment plans that enhance oral health outcomes and improve case acceptance. Diagnose and treat TMJ-related conditions, including administering therapeutic Botox as part of a holistic care strategy. Leadership in Clear Aligner and Sleep Therapy:Assess and treat patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathing, integrating sleep medicine solutions into treatment planning as needed. Promote and expand the use of clear aligner therapy, from diagnosis through case planning, bonding, and follow-up care. Inform patients about orthodontic treatment options and incorporate aligners into comprehensive treatment strategies. Develop expertise in aligner case selection, staging, and execution.
