Our Program Management Services Division excels in delivering comprehensive management solutions for intricate projects and multi-year capital programs. We form project teams that offer a tailored blend of business consulting, project management, financial oversight, administrative, and technical support services.Salary Range: $115,000 - $155,000The precise salary offered will take into account various factors such as the candidate's relevant experience, educational background, and work location.Key Responsibilities:Selection of conductorsRecommendations for structural designsConducting studies on insulation, A/C interference, static wire, and groundingDesigning transmission lines with detailed plans and profiles, including cross-section detailsUtilizing LiDAR and aerial photographic dataIncorporating wetlands, vernal pools, and sensitive resource data into line and structure designCreating detailed estimates and probability modelsPerforming additional studies as necessary to complete projectsLeading the overall design of transmission lines for capital projectsReviewing and designing transmission line plans and profiles using PLSCAD to ensure compliance with AVANGRID TM standards and NESC/other standardsGuiding the project plan for transmission line routing, including:Assessing whether to rebuild existing lines or acquire additional right of way based on area congestion and local political/permitting considerationsDetermining necessary structure designs based on defined constraintsIdentifying routing options in congested areas to enhance design/reliability and reduce crossings
