Role Overview
As a Transducer Design Engineer at Nudge, you will have the opportunity to:
Innovate and design materials and fabrication techniques for our in-house ultrasound array production.
Create high-efficiency elements for sound transmission through the skull and develop high-bandwidth components for ultrasound imaging and cavitation detection.
Establish methodologies for assessing the electrical, acoustic, and thermal characteristics of transducer elements.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of electrical, mechanical, software, and ultrasound engineers.
Candidate Profile
We welcome applications from engineers across all experience levels, with a preference for those possessing a minimum of 3 years in the field. Key qualifications include:
Solid understanding of engineering and physics principles.
Proficiency in multiphysics acoustoelectric modeling.
Strong foundation in materials science, particularly regarding piezoelectrics.
Robust electrical engineering background.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven track record of significant technical contributions.
High integrity and professionalism.
