Qualifications
ResponsibilitiesLead transactions from Letter of Intent (LOI) to signature: manage due diligence, coordinate internal approvals, and ensure that commercial terms align with technical and delivery specifications. Negotiate commercial terms at various stages of the deal, including initial proposals, term sheets, and letters of intent, while balancing speed, risk, cost, and the value of long-term partnerships. Act as the central point of contact among internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring transparent communication and unimpeded decision-making. Develop and maintain comprehensive deal plans that include milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and risk assessments, addressing potential issues early and suggesting solutions. Create standardized templates and playbooks (e.g., RFP materials, evaluation frameworks, negotiation checklists) to facilitate the scaling of Fluidstack's infrastructure procurement efforts. Assist in the transition to delivery and deployment teams, ensuring that signed agreements translate smoothly into operational implementation. RequirementsDemonstrated experience in transactions, commercial real estate, data center leasing, procurement, or large-scale infrastructure sourcing. Proven success in closing intricate, multi-party deals, with a strong capability in legal and financial due diligence, adeptly managing ambiguity and tight deadlines. Excellent negotiation skills and hands-on experience in driving complex agreements.
