We are on the lookout for a motivated individual eager to embark on a career in Out of Home media as a Trading Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This opportunity will immerse you in all facets of our operations, preparing you for client-specific commercial responsibilities.
About the Role
This 12-month fixed-term contract serves as an exceptional pathway into the realm of Out of Home advertising. As a Trading Executive, you'll join our fast-paced and collaborative Trading Team, where every day presents new challenges and opportunities. From the outset, you will engage in a diverse array of tasks designed to deepen your understanding of our systems, products, and client needs.
You'll collaborate with some of the most prominent brands and specialist agencies in the sector. Rapidly, you'll take charge of client relationships, utilizing your commercial acumen to develop customized, impactful solutions. While responding to briefs is part of your role, you will also be encouraged to think proactively, advocating for Bauer Media’s offerings and influencing client strategies for both immediate achievements and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with aligned specialists.
- Promptly and accurately respond to client briefs.
- Engage with clients to clarify requirements and create briefs that align with their needs.
- Proactively educate and inspire clients through various communication channels, including face-to-face interactions.
- Align client needs with Bauer Media’s offerings, utilizing all available data and insights.
- Exhibit strong negotiation skills, leveraging all internal resources effectively.
- Utilize internal systems efficiently to accurately manage and record bookings.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Bauer Media Outdoor product portfolio, including pricing and packaging.
- Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to enhance your understanding of our business and co-create sales strategies.
- Identify current availability and actively promote more prominent advertising formats.
- Strive to exceed specialist targets through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling of products.
