Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Trade Marketing Administrator, you will assist the Future Circulation and Future Bookazine Circulation teams in maximizing sales and operational efficiency of our magazine and bookazine portfolio. Your role will encompass managing the entire journey from printers to wholesalers and UK retailers, including major names like Sainsbury's, Tesco, WHSmith, and Morrisons. You will report directly to the Head of Future Newstrade. Essential Skills and ExperienceProficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, enabling you to maintain complex spreadsheets, develop trackers, and apply formulae such as VLOOKUPs and import ranges. A solid grasp of basic mathematics to analyze sales trends and efficiencies year-on-year. Demonstrated accuracy and speed in your work.

Join the vibrant Future Circulation team, a key player in managing circulation for our extensive portfolio of magazine and bookazine titles across the Future brands. We are proud to hold the position of the second-largest magazine publisher in the UK, overseeing over 70 regular magazine titles and more than 100 unique bookazines.
Our diverse bookazine collection spans various sectors, often transforming existing magazine content from our market-leading brands into premium bookazine formats. We also innovate new titles, reflecting the latest market trends, including popular topics like air fryers, renowned music stars such as Taylor Swift and Chappell Roan, as well as current health and diet discussions, such as anti-inflammatory diets, menopause, and Mediterranean eating.
