We are in search of analytical, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Security Analysts eager to tackle complex and high-stakes challenges while providing exceptional customer service as we develop the world’s first Agentic Security Platform.
Your Responsibilities:
Review and validate investigations conducted by AI Agents for precision, thoroughness, and risk assessment.
Synthesize data from diverse sources such as cloud, endpoint, identity, and network to gain a comprehensive understanding of malicious activities.
Examine malicious attempts that our 7AI Agents have mitigated, assessing the intricacies of thwarted attacks and the risks avoided for our clients.
Leverage advanced AI Agents to conduct hunts in customer environments for identifying and neutralizing emerging threats, contributing insights for product enhancement.
Support customers through continuous threat monitoring, alert triage, and prioritization, especially during incidents to ensure a secure environment.
Proactively uncover potential threats and anomalies in customer environments by analyzing logs and identifying malicious signals.
Utilize excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers at varying technical levels, from SOC analysts to CISOs.
Design and implement processes as we expand this elite organization, ensuring scalable operations while maintaining quality.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams, providing valuable feedback on customer experiences and assisting in optimizing the AI platform.
Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and new attack methodologies, particularly in the realm of AI-driven threats.
