About the Role:
The Third-Party Provider (3PP) Specialist in Mexico serves as the key custodian of Nu's essential 3PP processes within our regulated banking operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and regulatory standards. The specialist plays a crucial role in coordinating internal stakeholders involved in the CNBV prior authorization process, thereby ensuring regulatory adherence and operational efficiency. This position enhances support for Contract Owners, providing expertise in processes, consistency checks, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration, without engaging in content creation or direct vendor management.
