What You'll DoBecome a pivotal part of a brand poised to transform the electric pickup truck and rugged SUV market by:Coordinating and refining control algorithms for cutting-edge electric vehicle thermal management systems. Calibrating thermal and climate functions to ensure peak performance for both customers and vehicles. Ensuring thermal management systems comply with industry standards and regulatory safety, performance, and environmental guidelines. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement calibration solutions within the vehicle architecture. Conducting extensive testing, validation, and optimization of control algorithms. Participating in calibration development trips. Leading issue resolution for thermal calibration and software challenges.
