Your Responsibilities:Lead integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.Collaborate with clients to define and adhere to project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Assess client systems and needs to design effective integration solutions.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during the integration process.Utilize your technical skills to offer expert integration advice on the optimal use of our open REST APIs.Create and present detailed, actionable integration plans that help both MaintainX and our clients understand and execute the complete integration processes.Act as the primary point of contact for clients during integration projects.Maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and support.Train client personnel to effectively use integrated systems.Collaborate with Integration, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure alignment and success.
