If you are a responsible, self-motivated individual eager to learn and grow within the Telecom industry, this fast-paced and rewarding role is for you. Note: Candidates must reside in the Laconia, New Hampshire area.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install components of cooling systems.Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.Perform upgrades and maintenance on HVAC systems during off-seasons.Respond promptly to service calls, including emergencies.Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.Operate and maintain a motor vehicle in compliance with company policies.Responsibilities may evolve based on business and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:Perform essential vehicle services and repairs with precision and efficiency, adhering to Monro's operational standards.Tire Services: Execute wheel removal, balancing, patch/plug repairs, tire changes, mounting, installation, and TPMS service and repairs.Vehicle Services: Conduct lubrications, oil changes, and basic maintenance tasks, including bulb, wiper blade, and filter replacements, along with battery testing and installations.Complete Monro’s Courtesy Inspection on every vehicle, documenting and communicating any additional services or repairs needed.Support inventory management by pulling tires and parts, unloading, and stocking inventory.Maintain the store's excellent condition and cleanliness, ensuring it is consistently ready for guests.Adhere to Monro’s safety standards during service delivery, including proper wheel torque and oil safety procedures.Test drive vehicles following Monro’s Road Test policy, observing local traffic and safety laws.Comply with company policies, governmental standards, and safety protocols, consistently using required safety standards.Enhance technical skills through timely completion of Monro University training courses and modules, operating equipment safely according to guidelines.Assist in guest care, work order completion, register assistance, facility maintenance, and ordering supplies as directed by management.Act as a secondary key carrier with basic opening and closing responsibilities.Communicate effectively about all Monro services offered to guests.Perform other duties as necessary.
