The Voice & Messaging (T-VM) unit within Deutsche Telekom Technik GmbH oversees all voice and messaging platforms across Deutsche Telekom Technik’s fixed and mobile networks throughout their lifecycle. The platforms managed by T-VM are integral to Telekom Deutschland's core business, focusing on stability, quality, innovation, and efficiency. The ACS Squad (Announcement-, Control & Support Systems) is tasked with the complete lifecycle management of critical IMS components within DT Technik.
Role Responsibilities:
• Management of IMS-MRF (Media Resource Function) deployed on Kubernetes.
• Oversight of OneiDNS, a cloud-native DNS service for all IMS nodes in fixed and mobile networks, also deployed on Kubernetes.
• Administration of VoIP Support Systems within the IMS fixed network provisioning chain, utilizing a VMware-based application landscape.
• Operate as part of a DevOps team, taking full ownership of design, engineering, deployment, and operations.
• Tackle the upcoming challenge of developing a new AI Calling framework on DT Technik’s CaaS Kubernetes platform, facilitating real-time speech processing and translation within IMS call flows.
