Qualifications

Education:High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred. Associate degree with relevant experience will also be considered. Experience:A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the foodservice, distribution, broker, or manufacturing sectors is essential. Culinary training or practical kitchen experience is a plus. Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred. Certifications:Must possess a valid Driver’s License. Additional Information:Qualified candidates must currently reside within the geographic area of New England, Upstate New York, and/or Eastern Pennsylvania.

Join Stratas Foods LLC as a full-time Territory Sales Representative within our dynamic Foodservice division located in Boston. This position reports directly to the Division Manager and focuses on driving volume growth and enhancing the market presence of our esteemed Stratas Foods brands through effective, consultative selling strategies.

In this role, you will engage directly with operators, conduct product demonstrations, and spearhead new business initiatives. Your success will hinge on meticulous territory management, strategic execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributors, brokers, and cross-functional sales teams.

The ideal candidate will reside within the designated territory, demonstrating autonomy in managing multiple priorities while following the strategic directives set forth by the Division Manager.
