Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a motivated Territory Sales Manager (also known as Area Directors at N2) to establish, expand, and oversee a BeLocal publication within your local area. As a local publisher, you will be responsible for generating revenue, forging connections with local business owners, and creating a magazine that captures the spirit of your community. Your initial focus will be on setting up your territory and cultivating a robust client base, followed by the opportunity to scale an asset that you own.
This hybrid position allows for a combination of in-person community engagement and work from your home office.

- Connect local businesses with their target customers through your publication.
- Engage homeowners to gather authentic, community-driven content.
- Oversee your territory, manage the sales pipeline, and handle publication operations.
- Collaborate with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
- Act as the face of Stroll in your market, leading your publication's growth.
