Key Responsibilities Manage a designated territory, executing a comprehensive sales strategy that includes market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention. Respond swiftly to inbound leads and inquiries, leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems efficiently. Drive new business development and client acquisition, expanding our customer base by educating contractors and construction company leaders about how EquipmentShare can enhance their operations and profitability. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure complete satisfaction with our services and support, keeping them informed about new solutions that can benefit their business. Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, conducting persuasive sales presentations to both prospective and existing customers. Develop new sales strategies and opportunities by analyzing market trends.

Compensation

  • Total Compensation: $150,000 - $600,000
  • Base Salary: $40,000
  • Commission: Uncapped, with no market restrictions
