THE ROLE
In the role of Strategy Director, you will lead the development of transformative customer experiences across key accounts, with a primary focus on one significant account where you will be the day-to-day contact. Your inquisitive nature is essential; you will continuously seek out impactful insights into human behavior, business performance, and critical moments that matter. We need an innovative leader eager to translate these insights into creative and digital solutions while recognizing the vital contributions of strategists.
We seek a strategic thinker with substantial experience in digital strategy development, CRM, customer experience, and loyalty. Your passion for compelling brands and ability to exchange ideas and initiatives will be invaluable. Although previous transformation experience with complex accounts is advantageous, do not hesitate to apply if you are willing to tackle specific client challenges.
Data is central to our operations. You will collaborate closely with our strategy, client leadership, and creative teams, supported by our leading marketing science team. The ability to process extensive information while crafting and executing overarching strategies for client accounts is crucial. You will typically partner with a senior Marketing Sciences lead on your designated accounts.
